Engraving Signs 

Laser engraving systems are widely used for engraving signs of very high quality. Sign templates are constructed in a graphics program such as Corel Draw and then downloaded to the laser engraving machine. The engraving is fast, clean and of excellent precision. As the sign engraving process is non-contact there is little or post processing of the material required.

A wide variety of materials are suited well for sign engraving with a CO2 laser. These include wood, anodized aluminum, acrylic and other coated metals and plastics. Two ply plastics are commonly used for simple signage and process extremely well with a laser.
