Laser Engraving Signs 

Laser engraving systems are widely used for engraving signs of very high quality. Sign templates are constructed in a graphics program such as Corel Draw and then downloaded to the laser engraving machine. The engraving is fast, clean and of excellent precision. As the sign engraving process is non-contact there is little or post processing of the material required.

A wide variety of materials are suited well for sign engraving with a CO2 laser. These include wood, traffolyte, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, acrylic and other coated metals and plastics. Two ply plastics are commonly used for simple signage and process extremely well with a laser.
